Did not resolve an era made on on their part

I have been unable to get cooperation from Superior Nissan parts department. My car keys were miss-placed on 12/15/10, and I contacted Superior Nissan; which said if I got towed to them they would program another key for my car. I contacted 2 tow truck services, which were unsuccessful at getting to my car, because the way it's parked. The only other option was to go to Superior Nissan and have them cut a key, so that I could unlock the steering column, as well as the wheels, so the tow truck could swing the car out and hitch it onto their tow truck. This key that is supposedly coded and cut through my car VIN number, has not worked nor has anyone tried to resolve the issue. I am still without transportation, but not without a car note. I have contacted Nissan North America to lodge a complaint and Ms. Karen Mitchell (regional manager), has placed me on hold as well. I have tried to contact the manager of the dealership all the way to Mr. Ghosn President/CEO of Nissan), which no one has contacted this little person back.
