Superior Heating OP, NY

I had a furnace installed by Superior Heat of Orchard Park, NY on November 24th. After the installation was completed and I performed a walk around the technician said “I am supposed to collect some money”. I said “yes, I will write you a check for the $1000.00”. He said “no, I need all of it”. I informed him this was supposed to be financed and he informed me he didn’t have any of the finance paperwork and so he called the office. The install technician was instructed to take my down payment and I was instructed to call the office in a couple days to go over the financing. I called the office a few days later and they asked me for my ssn. I asked the finance person how much they would be financing. She told me she would call me back in ten minutes with the final numbers. I received a call back from Superior that they went ahead with the financing for $2030.00. I told them they were supposed to call me back before putting the financing through and that the amount is incorrect. The office manager transferred me to the sales person. I told the sales person for the second time (first time at my house with the install technicians) that the total was incorrect and should be $1830.00 as it is on the estimate. He told me for the second time he would fix the total. I now have 2 issues, one is that Superior put the financing through without my authorization and I was not presented any financing paperwork that explains the terms and requires my signature. The second problem is that the financing is for the incorrect amount
