So i go to traffic court and the judge states you can only say two things guilty and or not guilty.Nothing else you dont have any rights in this court none!!And they have taken out the prosecutor because it cost to much money.So my question was whos gona prosicute this case the so called judge that is really a clerk masquerading as a judge?So come to find out the court claims the cop is the prosecutor.Wrong the cop is a witness nothing else.So the judge isnt allowed to prosicute the case that is a conflict of interest but sure enough the judge does both jobs and its a a felony to break there oath office and thats just the begining of the fraud and exstortion going on in our court system.So come to find out the jurisdiction of this court is the law of the water when its supposed to be the law of the land so when you go to court you have no rights its just like boarding a ship and the admiral is god.The flag has gold fringe around it and this signifies marshal law.Its is a complete fraudulent court and they are stealing your money because no one understands because its been hidden from the average American that has know idea what there unalienable rights are and ifbyou dont know your rights you DONT HAVE ANY!!!!

I was driving on Highway 80 through Fairfield. I saw the officer on the side of the road and even commented to my son in the back seat about it. We had just been talking about why all the cars were passing us on the left side and I explained to him that i had the cruise control set for 65 and that the other cars were tachnically speeding but since I wasn't in the "fast lane" they were able to pass us. as we passed the CHP car I even mentioned that there was plenty for him to pick from. Imagine my suprise when he came up behind me with his lights on. i immediately looked at my speedometer and sure enough, 65. I pulled over and asked what the problem was and he told me he clocked me at 80! Pure BS. My son was even a witness to the fact we were only at 65! I explained to the officer that we were set at 65 and he smirked and said that being set at 65 didn't keep me from going faster. Well it did since I wasn't touching the accelerator. He would hear none of it and of course his "quota" was the only thing I could think of. I also realized I was driving my wife's red vehicle which, even though they deny it, everyone else knows that red attracts the CHP like a red cape in a bull-fighting arena. He gave me the ticket and with my son in the car, I couldn't argue the fact since I have always stressed respect for Police Officers to my sons, whether they truly deserve it or not. I got the ticket, which said I was goign faster than 16 miles over the speed limit (80-65=15 so I don't where the 16+ comes from unless their remedial math is as faulty as the CHP officer who wrote the ticket). They charged me $360 plus an additional $52 for traffic school. Remember the days where going to traffic school lowered the fine? I can't go to court because I'm a stay-at-home parent, alone for part of the week and live in the Sacramentoarea and cannot drive to the Fairfield court house, so I have no choice but to pay the Highway Robbers the $412, even though I'd love to fight this in court. I also can't subject my son to the questioning in court either, even though he is a witness to the fact that the officer is "incorrect" (I'm trying to be polite). The court, the CHP office and the entire system is a complete travesty and they know they have you over a barrel when I live too far away to fight them. This is, in my opinion, robbery, pure and simple. How do you fight a system like this? The officer could ahve even issued a warning if he thought I was speeding since I haven't had a ticket in years, but he knw he had me since I was an out-of-towner. He cost my sons their summer camps this year all because of his quota and the greed of the State of California.

I received a "fix it" ticket in october 2012. I gave the officer my license and registration(which showed my correct address) and he wrote down the address on the front of my license. I had my change of address on the back of my license. I never received a courtesy notice and my fix it ticket went to collections and i had to pay $1164. I couldn't fight it or fix it because of their inability to check DMV records where my correct address had been on file for 3 years. The most frustrating part is that the collection company had enough brains to find my correct address thru DMV and sent me the collection at my correct address. See attached
