I highly recommend Superior Wholesalers INC. Allow me to elaborate.Coming down to Virginia from New Jersey to buy a vehicle was a rewarding experience. Not only did my salesman Mark describe my purchase over the phone exactly as the car was he gave me a more than fair price on a magnificent Dodge Challenger 100 Anniversary Edition. 100% FRAUD. The engine codes were cleared to sell the car. Only drove 70 miles and the car lost power and steering on a 65 mph highway. It needs transmission, power steering pump and engine work.

My SIGNATURE was FORGED on my title. I gave it back and it took a month to get a legal one and register it myself. John wouldn't give back my $200 Doc delivery fee. I also paid $299 Doc clerical fee. HE broke our contract and should be shut down

My first bad experience buying a vehicle okay I'll find some males

The second day after I had bought the vehicle, the truck started driving rush and is very sluggish. That was on a Saturday, so Monday I called the Superior Auto in Columbia City, and let her know what was going on she suggested are tire for me to take my vehicle into to have them check it out. I took my vehicle to Star Tire, and they found water in the spark plug and after they dried it out it seem to be driving fine. The mechanic told me to go ahead and driving, and if I had any problems to bring it right back and there would be no charge 4 finding the problem. I had to pay for the diagnostic check. I also asked him to check out my gear shift, because it was getting hard to ticket from park into other gears. He checked it out and said my gear modulator was going out I made an appointment and the part was on backorder. I told Christina at Superior Superior Auto, and she agreed to pay for having that fixed. And then one week later my spark plug blew, and the modulator totally went out, so I have been without a vehicle. I asked if I could get a loaner car while my truck was down and until it got fixed. She told me that they do not do that and I would not be able to. So meanwhile I have been bumming rides everywhere I go, and had to miss work because of not having a ride. This is the most depressing, and worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I asked if I could trade it in for another vehicle, and was told no. I am looking into finding a lawyer, and talking to the Better Business Bureau now. Wish me luck.

I bought a 2002 dodge durango. The rear end went the front wheel drive went the heater core went the ball joints went. 1600.oo for a rear end not including labor 1700.00 heater core labor included haven't priced the front 4 wheel drive yet. They offered to finance the drive train issues at 24% yeah right. Vehicle sold at 10,000.00 dollars 12 with interest. Needs probably 5 grand in repairs blue book value 7 grand.

Ok where can I begin. I went there on a Saturday waited for them to open test drove two cars one of which cut off twice while I drove it.

The second one the hood didn't open ok I thought nice car smooth ride I will give it a try.

Sale Price is 4995 with buy here pay here cool 1000 down definitely even better so at least I thought. Come back down days later mind you I live a hour away to sign papers and get car but the car had no warranty at all the sale price jumped up to 6500 then tried to hit me with a 28 month finance at 275.00 do the the math that's 8700 for 28 months not including my 1000 plus title taxes blah blah which is no more than 1400 after all said and done the final pay off for the car was smacking 10,000 for a 5k car nah I may crazy but I'm not *** then found out the car was a accident with salvage title be careful with cars coming from the Burlington area period that's not the first time I experienced that with those lots I that area

While Superior Auto customer service from the sells rep that served me was impecable, like any company there were some things that needed work. BUt They sell cars and the one that we bought is well suited for my family the one concern was underneath the hood and the trAnsmission and the car is running good so far. I picked up an extended warranty for reassurance. But for the most part the car is nice.

Bought a car here, they told me it was perfect, I test drove it, the guy let me put 1000 down and pay the rest the next day. 2 months later, with no replacement tags, the owner calls and says there is a lien on the car. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR WITH A LIEN ON IT. When I went in for my tags finally, they said they blocked my phone number because I wanted to know when my tags were available. Tried to charge me an extra $25 after everything was paid in cash. They called me a dirtbag and to go F myself. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

I have not bought a car from superior i have ben a auto mechanic for 34 years my advice is to everyone take the car on a road test to your own mechanic and get a full check up if you dont have a mechanic ask a frend co worker and get a full check up if the dealer does not want to agree to your terms walk away

This place screws you!! I bought a car for $4800, was never offered a warranty until things started to go wrong. In 2 months I have spent, $6000 dollars in vehicle repairs. I now have to replace the rear main seal on this car. The guy Dan is a liar, and the people here are theives. I should have known better, but the car was what I wanted. Will never again buy a car from these guys, the customer service is horrible as well

Worst place ever to buy a car from. Bought a car in 2013 and less than a week later it went to their mechanic who , can you guess? Saw nothing wrong with it. A day later my car is shuddering and wont go in drive. Asked them to tow it and they said I have to pay for it. Well, ended up taking to my moms mechanic and he ended up putting in $1000 worth of work. It had missing bolts, the trans was going, etc.. and went to get registration and Dan tried to charge me $400 for plates and registration lol.. my moms boyfriend threatened to call police, which they came. Dan is apparently a theif. The work that was done, was just half of what was needed. Being it was missing bolts important parts and deemed unsafe to drive. Oh yea car was bought for $6995 and yet found out they was gonna charge me $17,000 lmaoooooo Omgoodness smh.. and a week later got a paper in the mail from some rental company stating if if my insurance lapsed i have to return my vehicle.. so who does this car belong to??? And registration was in their name. Never heard of a dealership putting cars registrations in their name..nope ... none, no buy here pay here does that. And it was a copy of the registration...Dan the *** said i receive the real copy once car is paid off.. How does that work god forbid something happens, and police need it.. they need to be shut down.. i should've known better. I should've went to the lot across the street they have better vehicles and customer service.Being Superior auto are scammers, *** the office was dirty(that should've been my first clue to get the *** outta there) . Hopefully the will get shut down..

The costumer service was horrible. They didnt care about me or the car they sold me.

The worst place i every been. I thought i was buying my dream car,but i literally drove it from their dealership to pepboys. Pepboys told me a list of things wrong with my car. I called the dealer back and they did not want to help me.

I j ad to put 2000 worth of work into the car in the first week i had it. They said they was going to have their mechanic look at the car they sold me but when i got there, the mechanic tried to charge me.Dont buy from them, you will regret it!

The absolute worst customer service you could possibly ask for. Worst place to buy a car.

It will fall apart about 3 months after you buy it.

And then they had the nerve to jack up my payments when i told them i'd start getting paid on mondays instead of fridays. Do not go there!

Husband has gotten 2 cars from these idiots, has always been 1 day late paying for his truck, never misses a payment and have dealt with them for 5 years, payments always a day late because our bank is 15 miles away and closes before we can get there, today after 5 years they decide to repo it. I will never recommend this place again. We are repeat customers, what kind of company treats repeat customers like that?

if you finance a car why are you complaining about the dealership doing you wrong? Once a vehicle leaves the lot with a finance deal it is the banks decision what happens to it from there since they pay the dealer to release the car with the loan they gave you. If you were repossessed that means you were extremely late on a payment they cant repossess a car for being repetitively late only one that is delinquent on a payment which would state in any contract, I would know I worked for a bank.
