I am requesting a recent statement
I was contacted by Super Hero a week ago in regards to a statement I had requested, up until now still havent received the statement or had any contact from them, I have tried emailing them but the emails are not for some reason going through , I was asked if the request was urgent and I said it was and was told I would have it in a few days but I am still waiting
