Purchased a SuperHandy GUT158 Electric Snow blower this Past January 2026 at Lowes in York Pennsylvania. I recently used it for the first time this past Sunday evening.

It ran very well for about 1 hour.Then stopped running.

I removed the battery pack..charged it..tried it again still the auger wouldn't turn.I figured it might have broken a shear pin...unsure because it was only abour 2 inches of light snow..Contacted SUPERHANDY On Monday..left a message..as well as sent an email.I communicated via email with an AI bot.I do not believe it understood what I was saying..I requested a parts breakdown so I could troubleshoot it..never received a response. It's like there isn't anyone at the buisness.Allot if times AI can solve minor problems,however more complex issues need the "HUMAN INTERFACE".At this point I feel frustrated as to the current dilemma more Snow developing later this week with no solutions in sight..I didn't buy a snowblower...so that I could shovel Snow Signed
