Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I said it was ridiculous to have to test the fcn of a new bottle before I was ready to use it. They relented and gave a full one time refund but said they will not go beyond their 30 day policy in the future.
Every time I try to call the customer service phone number, they say sorry we missed your call, send an email. I have sent multiple emails but no response.
I am not likely to continue to use their products if I dont get a refund or exchange for this bottle of Supergoop Daily Dose Serum.
Before this problem, I was always highly satisfied with their products. This will forever change my opinion if no resolution occurs.

First order was lost in transit that invoice # 162**** someone reached out to me through email saying that I was going to get another order and that invoice #164**** and that order got canceled!! Not my me just want to know if I'm getting my order or getting a refund back!!

Wrong order
Supergoop had order mixed up. But resolved it within days.. Customer service representatives were very kind And resolved it immediately.

DoI have as of yet to receive my refund, which an email stated it was processed 12/06. I have contacted my bank several times and they see no refund.
I tried to cancel the order but online the cancel button was always blacked out and would not work properly.
I just need my refund please, it has been 12. business days.

Sunscreen glow
Had the worst Customer service with supergoop rep. Totally dissatisfied!!!
My package was delivered in a damage box, and it did not arrive with two-day shipping as promised.
But The rep on chat was always right, not the Coustmer. I have given my feedback to them but no one returned any of messages.
Wont take password
Nobody resolved my problem. I ordered your product off Amazon. This is very poor service or should I say, no service!

Sunscreen packaging is terrible!
brand new tube. Try to use daily and it gets clogged up.
The plastic tube writing on tube has rubbed off in 3 days.
cannot squeeze sunscreen out at all. The plastic already is creased and will most definitely crack. This was a 40$ tube of sunscreen.Would not purchase.
again. Sadly, I bought two tubes of this!!

I receive my product in the mail today by FedEx when I open the box the bottle was crushed and all the contacts at leaked out please send me a new bottle.

The reviews I read o line how good your products are but its a shame how hard it is to talk with a customer sercice rep. I sent an e-mail yesterday.
I dont think I want to use your products if it takes all of this just to talk with someone if you have a questiin you cant be that busy. Thanks have a great day!
