Missing item.

I ordered online the cocoa colour mask Moroccan oil and Neal and Wolf Ritual Daily Sulfate Free Shampoo last August 19,2021 have it collected in one of the Supercuts branch in Basingstoke,when I collected it maybe 3-4 days after I received the message that the items is ready for collection the parcel was already opened and one item is missing the CCoa colour mask moroccanoil,the lady staff told me leave my contact number as she will contact me as soon as she sorted out the missing item until now she didnt contact me and Im still waiting for the call for the missing item.

Not received goods.

I ordered a number of products, a total of approximately £500. In that order were two tenants of gas straighteners valued at £160 each. I did not receive these and have had no response from contacting super cuts via email. I need a resolution to this as soon as possible.

Very disappointed

My hair was underneath my shoulder blade. I asked for a shaped bob. I was given a cut which consisted of 3 styles in one cut. the cut was uneven. The layers were not blended in. By the time I walked to my car my hair had flopped. When I arrived home I could see both sides were different. The back of my head the hair seemed all over the place. It was shocking in every way. I returned to saloon to find the manageress underplayed it and blamed and my hair. She was loud and over bearing. She made matters worse by further cutting into my hair without my consent. Instead of asking me she told me her version was beautiful. She was uncaring I cannot recommend this saloon. Appalling experience ever. I have to wait for year before it grows out.

Customer pays the employee's salary, correct?

The demeanor, attitude, dishonesty and lack of professional conduct in Bella "the" manger of this salon is appalling! 1. Bella does not listen to the customer, regarding the specific directions, cut desired for his/her particular needs 2. In 15 yrs of using different S. Cuts around the USA, I have never been charged "extra" - shampoo/wash when requesting to have my hair rinsed after a cut (small hairs go under one's blouse which makes it uncomfortable 3. Nor have I been directed, as to the amount of the tip : "Darling girls, this is Lafayette, people in here have money!" How dare an employee make this assumption, after she insults the customer: " Your hair color is not right "I" would do it a bright blonde! Excuse me? Who wants your opinion? you just met me! we have not have the time to explore my needs/wants nor your services! Have you taken a look in the mirror? There is a lot one could say about your appearance, bossy conduct, and behavior! 4. She declines to honor Super Cuts visits cards: "We disposed of those courtesies years ago!" I just used it last month in MA, what is her problem? the disease of uppity!?

Had haircut in Hammersmith. Treatment put in hair without asking me. Only found out when I asked why the price for cut was so high. Hairdresser did not have any hair dressing skills. Very basic, can't undo what was done
