The only thing worse than this device is the service. Terrible in every way.
The wait for service on a chat line is interminable. The answer is always the same: 'Our technicians have been notified and are working on the issue.

I have been calling and they keep saying my refun was processed but it's not.
I have been using super box for years and recommended it to few friends. They recently did an up, and it messed up all the channels. I have tried contacting them though emails WhatsApp and no responses or any kind of help, and they don't have a customer service number.
