I received one item only and I ordered two ! I need a reason as soon as possible

I ordered two pairs of sneakers and only received one. I've been calling, sending proof, and providing all the evidence to show that I did not receive my second pair.
Superbalist is still stuck to their story, saying they are sure they sent out two pairs and have footage, which I requested, but nothing to date! The Pretoria Depot also confirms that the package came with missing items; however, the warehouse still refuses.
Instead, they threaten to deactivate my account! How stupid of them.

Today is the 18th of June, we are now passed the 24/48 hour timeline. I called in again to the call center this morning and was told they will contact the warehouse AGAIN. I still do not have the item nor my refund nor have i been communicated with.
Since then, I have had no meaningful updates. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, submitted a message via your website, and made multiple phone calls, only to be given the same scripted responses: we are following up, we are escalating, we'll get back to you. None of these promises have been fulfilled, and no one has bothered to actually resolve the issue. At this point, I no longer want the missing item.
The experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the undelivered portion of my order. I expect this to be processed within 5 working days. Should I not receive confirmation by then, I will consider taking further steps, including lodging a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it now requires. #2789****

I ordered size 5 sneakers, they were too long and big. I returned them and asked for a refund, however the service was good I cant complain. I will definitely buy at Superbalist again.

You responded the same night, and within five days, I was fully paid back. This is great—such a credible institution!

Return and Refund
Request#5691**** I placed an order on the 28th of September, I did a return/refund on the 6th of October, and I was told that the money will reflect on my account in 3-7 working days. After 10 days I sent a follow up email, there is no reply till today and I haven't been refunded. It was my first time buying from them and the last.

I had an exchange order with Superbalist. Two different delivery guys came: one in the morning to pick up my return/exchange order, and later, another delivery guy came and asked where the return order was.
I said someone had already come to pick it up, so he could not give me my exchange order.
To this day, there has been no feedback, just that my order has been cancelled. So, basically I paid for an order that I don't have because they can't locate my return/exchange order.

It does not give me the option to change my husband's card number to my number
We never had any problems with you before. It's just that I couldn't change my husband's banking details to mine.
And I evenly manage to do it my order was canceled.
And the price went up from R1200 to 2400. But I will still recommend you to my friends
