Super73 S2 stop working - impossible to get customer service, nobody answer

This company is a scam. They are not backing their product.

I tried for two weeks to troubleshoot issues with Super73 S2 and opened a ticket but did not get any answer.

I tried to get a live person, but could not. Basically, I can trash my ebike that is only two years old.

I found it impossible to get in touch with a live person at Super 73. I called the customer service phone number.

I tried all of the different options, none of which gave me the option to speak with a live representative.

I tried the chat feature on the website again, but there was no way to send an email or chat directly. So, I am left with my question unanswered, because I have no way of communicating my question.

Preferred solution: A bike without battery. My s2 was stolen so i bought an rx which was stolen. Can't afford a new bike but I have the battery. Can i please purchase a bike without the battery please?.

Bike was almost 4k and throttle stuck after only riding a few times. only 2 weeks

Returned to Indian dealer and was told that they have nothing to do with it. Just to remind you, that was who collected 3800 dollars from me for this thing.

MOST RECENTLY IT QUIT RUNNING ALL TOGETHER!

My local E bike dealer and guru of all things bicycle has determined that something with the battery fried major components and it will cost 900 dollars to repair! Damn right I'm pissed and retired and wealthy enough to go to California if necessary, so keep ignoring my calls and problems super 73!!!

Use the bike only 42 weeks before it broke down After 3 weeks of trying to get customer service for a broken Break caliper That Fell apart. and bike turning off Almost every time you hit a bump.

This is By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

If this is what I'm gonna have to put up with even after buying an extended extended extended warranty. I think I want my money back.

I have been trying for four months now to talk to someone, but you can never get through. Even when I did manage to get hold of someone, they lied and messed me around.

My son has an Indian bike, the throttle of which broke. I called and asked them to send me another one because the bike is under warranty. They said they would, but they never did. I am still waiting for this part.

I can't even get them to order a new one. So, no, I would not recommend Super 73 to anyone.

I know I was going to buy three more bikes before this thing happened with the part. So I would say, stay away from Super 73 unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Horrible customer service

I purchased a z adventure se for my son. The chain broke and I want to get a replacement.

However, there is no replacement chain for this bike on the website. I tried emailing to get a part number I could order. No response. I called the main number and tried every option.

Nothing. Great product. Horrible service.

I will never buy from them again. They could have had a customer for life, but they blew it and I dont think they even care.
