Problem with returning glass from milk production
The store just excepted only 5 bottles it's not comfortable at all.
I have all the time control how much I can bring to the store. I love the store and products but that part makes me feel not good.

You have a security guard thats follows me around in your store at the Van Nuys location..I have brought this to the attention of the store manager.. if it happens again I will no longer show at SK..today I told that this is not his first unflattering report..
black man was working today.. this is unacceptable

I had my daughter sleep on my shoulder icouldnt fill all the items in the bag.
So i asked the cashier for little help..and she moved her head with nervous angry action and said "i am not a bagger"
And she continue making herself ignoring me with no nice word.
What can i do in this situation else i being the manager..with good experience.manager took the items and helped me filling the items inside bags.
Preferred solution: Apology
