Terrible customer service, slow responses, inability to talk to a real person, questionably "trades" people.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with Super. First, they are incredibly slow in getting someone assigned to your issue.

Second, when they do get someone assigned, they typically take 3-5 days to get someone out for your issue, sometimes longer. Third, when you try to call to speak to a live person, you get caught up in automated system loops that leave you on a line that's basically dead air and no one ever picks up. Fourth, some of the contractors they send are extremely questionable—think *** addict—who you then have to let into your home.

In most cases, I would encourage people to put some money aside for repairs and forget about it until it's needed. That way, you'll get a reputable contractor that you get to choose, who has quality reviews, and who you feel comfortable letting into your home.

Seasonal check and water heater check

The last time I spoke with someone, I had 'seasonal checks' as part of my plan and upgraded to include appliances. Now, I find out my $75 per month doesn't cover what I thought! Someone from the warranty company needs to contact me right away!

The previous homeowner purchased the warranty for us when we bought the house. Didn't know it was a subscription and needed to cancel and get a refund. It was very easy, no hoops.

When we did need to use the warranty during the previous year, It was quick and easy.

While I don't need this service personally, I would recommend it to someone looking for a home warranty.

I have been charged for a service call that I cancelled. I had an extremely difficult time cancelling the service call, without being able to obtain any confirmation of cancellation and a form threat from Super that I might be charged the service fee plus’s $10. No service person came.

Very difficult to reach super. Seems like a designed rat maze to avoid communication.not worth the service insurance if no ability to communicate.

Too expensive. I have been threatened in email that I might have to pay service fee, even though I could not confirm service cancellation.

I submitted my initial service request on December 29th 2023. As of today March 1st 2024 no one has even called to .ake an appointment.

I call every other day only to be told tomorrow someone will call me. This has to be the worst of the worst company in existence!

I submitted for my tankless water heater to be fixed, and they sent someone out, but the repair guy really didn't know what he was doing. The water heater is still not working properly.

Since then, I have requested for 3 weeks now for a supervisor t call me and no one has reached out yet.

They claim they have escalated the call, but every day I call, their answer is someone will call tomorrow. This company takes no ownership of the contract to ensure that the customer received the proper services they called for.
