An incident.

I was starting my shopping as usual on Sunday. I turned a corner and slipped on what looked like yogurt.

I was lying on the floor and asked a customer for help. A woman came out of the storage and just looked at me. I asked for the manager; meanwhile, a woman and her young daughter tried to help me up. Another customer came and helped me up.

One guy came and said he didn't speak English. Another guy came, and I told him what happened. There was a wet floor sign 8 ft ahead of the spill, not in front.

Nobody asked me if I was okay and told me that I should be more careful and said that there was nothing that they could do for me. I have a cut on my knee, and it is swollen.

Loss:
$200

Preferred solution: An apology and to be told that they were in the wrong. I spend between $150-$200 every week. I would like a store voucher.

If the yogurt was there, and not knowing it was you are entitled to something . Talk to the store general manager , and see what yall can come up with , don’t let troll discourage you at all .. Ebt or not talk to the manager

I tend to agree. She isn’t ranting lawsuit.

Even a bruised/cut knee that’s going to be sore for several days deserved acknowledging. I’m sure she has a store rewards card and a gift card for what she usually spends in a couple weeks would have been the decent thing to do.

User's recommendation: Bonjour, par la présente, je tiens à vous informer que ma conjointe et moi avons été maltraités et humiliés hier, le 27 juillet, par trois de vos employés au Super C situé au 12695, rue Sherbrooke. Ces mauvais traitements et cette hostilité ont été infligés par Caroline Croteau, son assistante, et le personnel de sécurité de son magasin. Ces individus, Caroline et son assistante, ont commencé à crier de manière vicieuse que mon petit chien ne pouvait pas entrer au moment où je m'apprêtais à payer les produits que j'avais choisis. Après ces insultes et cette hostilité, j'ai poliment répondu que je quittais le magasin et que je voulais seulement payer mes produits. À ce moment-là, ces deux femmes ont continué à me crier dessus, me disant de manière humiliante que je devais quitter le magasin, que je ne pouvais rien acheter, et elles m'ont réclamé mes produits. J'ai refusé et j'ai dû quitter le magasin en raison de leur harcèlement et de leurs cris constants. Ensuite, Mme Carolina a pris une série de photos de moi sans mon autorisation. J'ignore donc la raison et comment elle les utiliserait contre moi ou ma femme. Voyant que ma femme ne sortait pas, j'ai décidé d'entrer. Je voulais aussi lui demander le nom de son employée agaçante, Carolina, qui, avec son attitude constamment impolie et arrogante, m'a dit être la gérante. Après cela, elle a de nouveau demandé à l'agent de sécurité de me faire sortir du magasin. Il m'a pratiquement poussé dehors et m'a refusé l'entrée, comme si j'étais un criminel. Toutes ces agressions ont commencé lorsque j'ai amené mon chien dans le magasin. J'ai suffisamment de preuves qu'il n'y a aucun panneau visible sur la porte interdisant l'entrée aux animaux. De plus, l'agent de sécurité, qui m'a plus tard accusé d'être complice de crime et sur ordre de Carolina, m'a vu entrer avec le chien et n'a émis aucune objection ni ne m'a informé des restrictions d'entrée concernant mon animal. J'espère que, dans le cadre de votre politique de service client, ces actes antisociaux et racistes sont interdits dans votre entreprise et que vos employés et vous-même vous excuserez et me récompenserez de manière exemplaire, car ma femme et moi avons subi un grave problème de santé à cause de ces horribles employés qui maltraitent et agressent psychologiquement les personnes qui décident d'entrer dans votre magasin par de tels actes. J'attends respectueusement votre déclaration, car vous disposez de nombreuses caméras de sécurité et pouvez tout vérifier. Cordialement, Alejandro

I am a frequent customer at my Super C on Newman Blvd Lasalle. Today 18th July 2025 I was shopping there in a bit of a haste and I slipped in water near one of the freezer close to the rotisserie chicken. There is another freezer to the right of that freezer that had water leaking also but there is a caution sign for that one but NOT THR ONE I SLIPPED BY. There are cameras, check. I was wearing a red t- shirt and army leggings.

I went to the check out cashier and informed her but she told me to go to the customer service counter.

I went there, told the lady there and not even a question if I am OK? Was asked.

And I told her I almost broke my *** and my neck is slightly in pain but she didn't even stood properly to listen she hastied away.

Now my neck is hurting more and my left tumb because it was caught in the trolley, again check yr cameras after 4.30pm this day.

If I had time because I had to rush home for my husband to go to work to watch my daughter plus I'm not gonna bring my daughter there to wait for God knows how long.

If this was different I'm telling you I would and could sue, because it was negligence all around.

Totally disappointed, so I am in pain with no for Super C fault..kmt

"a bit of a haste and I slipped", sounds like you need to be more careful. This doesn't appear to be their problem.

When does the refund get back to my account

Encore une fois une attente interminable. Attendre plus de 30 minutes pour sa commande démontre à quel point on se fou de notre gueule.

Si c'est pas prêt, envoyez pas de courriel pour dire que s'est prêt. J'imagine quils savent que c'est moins cher alors on va revenir quand même. La pauvre fille m'a dit qu'elle était à la caisse et à été envoyée pour apporté les commandes alors que le commis qui a répondu m'a dit il met son manteau et arrive. C'est vraiment rire du monde.

Si le roulement de personnel est aussi élevé, demandez vous pourquoi!

Des employés heureux restent mais comme s'est mal géré,, les clients sont insatisfaits et les pauvres jeunes employés reçoivent la frustration et quittent rapidement pour un emploi moins négatif. Bravo Super C vous êtes vraiment un magasin champion en mal géran

Both you managers on st. Jacques Street should be fired.

They are not competent.

Complain about store manager

I had the worst experience today with the store manager. She was very rude dealing with a simple situation with me.

I went and I asked an employee if they take wine bottles since last week I saw some did. She said no and then I asked ok can I leave the bottle here she said yes. I turned to put the bottles in a box and the manager started yelling No no . I explained I have no problem but one of the employees said ok.

She ignored me and started talking to another client.

I said to her this is rude she even ignored me turned and did not say anything. That was ins appropriate and rude and not what I expected from the place that I do grocery in every week.

Terrible business

Your store in Châteauguay, Quebec, has terrible customer service. Constant lineups are at the only human cashier that is marked '8 items or less'.

I respect the sign, but your employees do not. People in line have full shopping carts, which is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to wait more than 5 minutes in said line, but seeing as your store just lets anything happen, I, as well as many others, will no longer be shopping at Super C. You just lost 25 customers that have been going to your store every day and week for the past decade.

My next call and messages will be to the BBB and Le Soleil newspaper, not to mention Pulse News. If you disrespect me, a long-time customer, who else is being disrespected? Take me very seriously - this is not a joke. I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows how terrible your business is.

P.S.

I even complained to your store's manager who had zero ideas on how to fix this issue. Goodbye, I'll be shopping at a store that values and respects its customers, even the English ones.

Preferred solution: I would like to for super c to show me that this will never happen again because I will never spend my money in a disrespectful place ever again!!

Attached please find a copy of my Visa statement with a proof of purchase, dated August 31st , for $51.27 at Super C Vaudreuil.
Upon opening the package we noticed a foul smell. Hoping to save the expensive filet of beef, I quickly trimmed and froze the meat.

Unfortunately, the bad meat stunk up my freezer.
Today, September 8th, I attempted to return the bad meat for credit at the Vaudreuil store. While I provided my Visa statement, they insisted that I have the original receipt and refused any compensation.
As a regular client I am shocked and dismayed that not only had I unknowingly
purchased spoiled meat for $51.27, but also refused any compensation. This is the second time I purchased spoiled meat at Super C.

The previous experience I did return the steaks, assuming it to be just bad luck.
I am writing to you, not just to seek compensation, but also to advise that you may have a quality control issue in your meat department.
Please advise as several of my neighbours have had similar experiences.

Online e ordering a piece ofshit when updating your order
