I just bought from one of the promos and the number of data is not fully given from the promos applied
I applied for the prepaid WiFi Famload Video plus 999 which has 120 GB for 30 days. It turned out to only have 55,479 MB as it was not promised from the 120 GB for the 30 days.
This is only not the first time. Last month I applied the same promo and I only received 62,617.57.
MB. hows that suppose to be fair as a consumer on your business?

Want a refund on the mini air conditioners
I sent them back and do not have my refund. How do I get in touch with them.these 2 air conditioners do not work.
I read on the website and it was not a good product so I sent them back. So is this company a RIP off. Sure sounds like it to me.
I just want my money back so can yo help me with this. Well thank you I appreciate it very much.

POOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE
I purchased this product and have left numerous messages for customer service after I attempted to install it. As a result I lost my internet service that affected my home office computers .
I had to purchase a contract through Netgear to restore my router settings for 49.95.
I am returning this to Amazon. Let the buyer beware

Very bad experience
Ordered my Super boost-WiFI on May 5, 2020, and I was charged $58.94. I am trying to contact their customer service via phone and e-mail but unfortunately without any luck/answer/results.
