I signed a contract with this company beleaving they were going to save me money on my hydro bills instead they cost my well over $1200 extra over the winter and now I half to give them another $200 to cancel the contract and they will not casncel till payment is made. And even after sending payment they will take another two billing cycels to remove the charges so their is another $300-$400 they get from me for absolutely nothing. How can s company largely take your hard earned money and give you nothing in return except an empty bank account
