My rebate check

I was promised a free year and haven't received anything. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

The sales guy gave me a number which is no longer in service.

I'm paying 114 dollars a month to Sunnova, which I never even knew was a part of it. I want my free year.

Suntuity Solar - Job not complited

The project has not been done yet and it's been almost two years since it started. There are still electrical wires hanging from the wall and it's an electric shock hazard.

Paying 2 bills, never received money back

I normally do not leave reviews

But the sales person that originally talked us into going solar should be fired or retained because he lied to us about everything!!

He told us we would be saving all this money and we're NOT!

He said we would get money back on taxes for going solar and that was a lie also!!!

Just do your research before making changes is all I have to say!!

your sales rep Madeline left out all of the key information and told me only the things that she wanted me to know and now I feel like I have been scammed, she has not returned any communication in a MONTH and has no regard for the situation she is putting customers in. I was a salesperson for over 28 years and I would never misguide or deceive anyone like that, she is very lucky that I spoke to Sierra in customer service because without her professional attitude and calming effect and her honesty to explain how things really work.

After a two hour meeting with James and Zack at my home I made the decision to proceed with solar power and signed the agreement on August 7th. On August 17th the solar panels were installed.

Upon their arrival I was told they had one battery pack to install that covered 5 circuits or did I want the full house back up? I told them at my two hour meeting that I wanted the full house back up and that would be extra. They went back to the people they were working with online and he said to get full house back up I would need two battery packs. They came back with a price adjustment for the two battery pack option and I said fine lets proceed.

Since August 17th I reached out to the salesman James he got back to me sparsely with no resolution.My last contact with him was at the end of August and he said it would be a while to get this resolved.

So I waited till today, two months since installation,to contact James, still no response, so I called Customer Service and spoke to Jasmine, who finally got the ball rolling, to which I am great full. I just want to get my Solar up and functioning.
