Original review Jul 31, 2016

my wife went to suntrup nissan to look at rogues. we had a young salesman who seems to be a liar.

thier training staff must be proud. they made open promises they have yet to fulfill. my greastest advice is to go to a name other then suntrup. all dealerships lie but this is the worst that we have ever experienced.

i have been buying new cars for over 20 years and this is the absolute worst. i would recommend staying away from here.

STAY AWAY FROM SUNTRUP!

AI Highlights
  • - Trade-in payoff was miscalculated and added to the price.
  • - The new car has negative equity.
  • - Title was not provided within 30 days; sale may be void.

Watch out for this dealer especially if you are a female. Suntrup screwed up the pay-off amount on the trade-in vehicle so they added the amount they lost to the price of new car.

New car has negative equity and cannot sale. Also, Suntrup did not give title within 30 days so the MO DMV considers the sale null and void; however, Nissan stated she signed the financing agreement and would still have to pay even if we took the car back.

Don't buy from Suntrup or Nissan. Check with MO DMV or search the internet for Suntrup complaints if you don't believe me.

BOYCOTT ALL SUNTRUP DEALERSHIPS

AI Highlights
  • - Drove 120 miles to pick up an agreed Suntrup vehicle.
  • - Two Suntrup employees assaulted; Cantrell pled guilty in Dec 2007.

Suntrup is where you find the *** of the car industry. I drove 120 miles to pick up a vehicle I had an agreement on with Suntrup. When I arrived these people tried all types of tricks on me. They did not tell me they were expelled from the Better Business Bureau.

I was assaulted by 2 Nissan Suntrup employees. Cory Cantrell plead guilty in December 2007. Keith Swearingen goes to court on Feb. 25,2008.

I have started a boycott against ALL Suntrup dealerships. See videos of the boycott @***.com, search word Suntrup.

Suntrip is like any other dealership...make the sale and forget you afterwards.

I had a very bad experience too and am trying to get some people together to go to a local new station to see if they will do an expose. Would you be interested?

they are cheaters

All suntrup dealerships cheats. Judge for yourself and you'll find out, eventually.

They also have other dealerships such as West county BMW, Import Limited, just to name a couple. Every single one of them for sure, have had numerous unhappy customers.

All the same dealership but different names. Something must be done to stop this.
