Utterly incompetent
- - Promises were not put in writing and were not fulfilled.
- - Title not produced due to titling partner issues; temporary tag expired.
Extremely untrustworthy. Repeatedly made promises that aftersales issues would be taken care of but refused to put anything in writing and simply stated I would need to take their word for it.
Over a month after my purchase, they still could not produce a title for my vehicle because of "issues with their titling partner" leaving me with an expired temporary tag and no way to register the vehicle. Multiple requests for an additional temporary tag due to their issues went unresolved.
Calls to my sales person Mike Kearns went unreturned and requests to their titling person Jamie Sutton were ignored because they were "not her department".
I would strongly suggest not doing business with this dealership as they have shown their true character and "Trust me, bro" business style. Once they have your money, they do not care to follow through on their end of the transaction and will flatly refuse to make good on their promises.
