Went into Suntrup Ford Kirkwood, on 1-15-17 to purchase a 2013 Ford truck, the salesman and sales manager gave me a "car check" told me it had 2 owners and no accidents. I asked for a car fax they told me they do not do them.
I told the dealer I felt like you are trying to hide something from me. I proceeded to get a Carfax myself noticed the truck had 4 owners and one accident. I sure did not expect this from a "FORD Dealer".
When I made the salesman aware of this his reply was " maybe this truck is not for you". I would never by a vehicle from this dealer, and I hope this review will help any potential customers.
