My system was down from Sep 5, 2024, to Sept 22, 2025. They were still taking my payments every month, which totaled $550.76.
I called numerous times, and Sunnova told me, 'I had to wait per my contract 3 years before I could submit a complaint.' Now that they have gone bankrupt, I can't get a hold of anyone regarding getting credit for the $550.76! I'm totally pissed and need advice on how to be reimbursed for my money.

Copy of my solar lease
I have been trying to get a copy of my solar lease for over a month, 2 or 3 times a week and no copy as of yet. They took over Sun Nova in November but when you ask them for a copy of your solar lease they blame it on Sun Nova saying they haven't given them all the paperwork. That's no way to run a business, get it together ASAP!!

Ever since the parents has been on the roof almost 4 years ago there is no Solar connection. Ive been trying to call him.
All they do is give me a work order number. I called every month and Im not able to get a hold of anyone. I dont even have you guys phone number. It would be nice if I can speak to somebody or talk to someone and get this squared up.
Its been four years. They didnt have to work and half of them. Its not completed yet.
They still need to take a look at the electrical box theres no battery and so theres no Solar. Also I need a good phone contact and postal address from you guys.

Youv had my money for a year, as it was collected to have studs to go in the roof. Im just fining out that the $3,000. Went to Sunnova. I was told by the sales person that he was working with Emmons Roofing Co.
His name is Mikaia. Im Barbara Wanzer. I received an email with VH006820****. Stating that a contract had been cancelled.
I had no idea of a contract. I was going to take Emmons Roofing for receiving the money and never received the service.!Only to find out the money was given to a company who was going to supply free solar panels after the roof was stabilized with the studs.

They will not honour contract from bankrupt takeover of Sunnonva, solar panel installer.
My original contract states that if my solar panels stop producing power I will be compensated for the loss of production.
Because Sunstronng was purchased in bankruptcy they claim that they are not obligated to honour my original contract.
Is there any other consumers who have the same situation who would be willing to join me in small claims court case?
