Sunspots and it's 20 some other identities have marketed our trademarked property without authorization. They will not cease and desist and market a number of other properties in this area without authorization.
None of these properties have available dates. Beware. They are a very unethical and dishonest agency. They also market these properties on other sites such as VRBO & TripAdvisor.
Every time we are able to get VRBO or TripAdvisor to remove an unauthorized listing, it gets relisted under another agency name. Any time you see .
Any time you see a listing with no available dates, you are seeing one of their illegal, unauthorized listings in an attempt to lead you to one of their owned properties. Beware of agencies associated with Vortex, Varoom, HelpBookme, and Redstone.

- - On arrival the resort had no record; SUNSPOTS offered a full refund and everything else was booked.
We reserved SUNSPOTS Sunbaks Resort at Banks Lake, WA. I got confirmed reservation number at the time of booking paid in full.
On the day of arrival called the resort they didn't have my reservation. I then called SUNSPOTS after about an hour of waiting for an answer, SUNSPOTS told me that the resort made a mistake and didn't make my reservation.
They offered full refund. OK great, but where I am going to stay for the weekend we had fishing plans with guides at the Banks lake, "EVERYTHING ELSE IS BOOKED, SORRY" replied SUNSPOTS agent.
What a disgraceful bunch of slugs.

This company has unethical practices. There are so many things wrong with Sunspots: their rental contract, their business practices and more.
They have a much deserved "˜F' rating with the Better Business Bureau and have had to pay $$$ restitution to the WA State Attorney General's office. Search the web for complaints and read for yourself. King 5 and Kiro 7 both did consumer reports on Sunspots within the last year.
If you have complaint against Sunspots, I urge you to file a complaint with the WA State Attorney General's Office.
