i took 2 older ladys with me tosunshine resort, we got stuck in the en welevator. for 20min.

when we gotout no one cared or even checked on us, then they put us in a room on the 6th floor, with know air,i am a long time owner, if something not done, i will do something,my name is diane jellico,it happen 7/24/10to7/27/10,this was awfull,the staff was awfull.

the did not care.they were not nice. the didnt even try to help us ,we well never go back,but we are not done,if you dont make it right to us we will take it higher,
