Bad service provided
I Went in to their office to have a crown done. The crown didn't fit well and After working with Dr.
Meera Narasimhan on the same crown she ended up breaking another tooth. They worked on the crown several times and had to remove and adjust it 4 times different times. This was very unfortunate as they also would not accept the mistake and instead provided a 5k estimate to fix the broken tooth. This was very disappointing and i will never go back to their office again.
Not only did they break the tooth they also broke my trust as a patient and their office was not willing to accept responsibility. They would not refund me any fees even after i informed them to cancel any further work including the remake of the crown that was not done well from the start.
Preferred solution: Full refund
