About our holiday the way we were treated by your team

And the state of the hotel, I sent photos and sent them to your team, one bothered to call back we were left with no contact for them all over new year, could not eat in hotel, complaints were just ignored

Problems

The hole hotel stank of cats urine and *** uncleanness food area was full of grease

Had to cancel due to long term health condition. And all didn't lose anything only small deposit. Very appreciated and helpful

First a robot responded which Im not used to this modern way then I actually got chance to chat to someone via messaging each other.

Andrew dealt with the situation quickly and professionally.

I will wait and see after my holiday if the holiday goes smoothly.

It would be nice to hear someones voice and actually speak rather than robots/bots and texting/messaging just for reassurance.

I have had two amounts taken from my credit card but I do not have a booking with you. I cannot get through on the phone to discuss this as I do not have a booking number, which is ridiculous.

My hotel have put me in a standard room when I booked a sea view room and say all rooms are full . I had to listen to music and traffic on my first night instead of the sea ! I am fuming and have taken many photos and videos view

I made a booking for accommodation in caleta de fuste for 14nts at the castillo beach club bungalows for the 15th to 29th June 2024 I needed to get in contact with sunshine to request a change of dates I understand we would have ammendment fees etc wich we don't mind at all I cannot use the online chat I don't understand it all so want to speak to a HUMAN BEING I am getting so stressed there is no explanation why I can't speak to anyone
