I arrived on Monday in Tenerife and by Wednesday woke up to bed bugs in my room.
The hotel change my room and I had to spend hours of my holiday washing my cloths.
They did upgrade my status at the hotel which didn't benefit me as I was traveling out everyday so didn't use the all-inc.
Sunshine refunded me back 30 pounds which I think is a joke.
This has ruined my holiday and I would like my full refund because I should have to plan this holiday all year round to come and live with bed bugs.
I just pray when I get back to England they don't follow me
I will write a bad review about this and warn future customers about this.
I've also noticed that this has been a problem before and still on going.
Also there was other customers that went though what I went to and got a full refund.

My Husband is in Hospital. What the Doctors have told us, we know we will never be abroad again.So I had to cancel our trip in April.
We have had many good trips in the past with Sunshine. So many thanks for understanding that we were very much looking forward to our Holiday, but it is not to be.

The tickets were confirmed by them, but they didn't pay the airline, so we all paid for travel to the airport just to get turned away and lose all the money.

Was on holiday with your company, it was the worst holiday ever,
We were left high and dry by your company after complaining to the hotel, plus complaining to you while on holiday with an email plus photos to be left with no money and no help and no contact whatsoever
The hotel was disgusting the whole places smelt of cats urine when trying to eat, the staff were lazy on their phones all the time the bar manager was nasty and only grunted at you if you ask for a drink, this is not an all-inclusive hotel i say its half board..
The restaurant was thick with muck and cat poo. In the bar restaurant and pool. The food was inedible I have been trying to talk to someone from your team for weeks

I am being run round in circles by the sunshine app. There is no refund page or live chat.
Its a joke.
And nobody answering my emails and the call number sends you round in circles and cant speak to a real person. Never booking again with you.

After a lot of stress trying to send sunshine the information they requested as Im not tech savvy. Tried to find telephone numbers to ring them just got automated replies which wasnt helpful.
They refunded most of my money but they gave me a hundred pound less than I should have received with no explanation. If anyone else has a problem with sunshine.co.uk just get in touch with Pissed consumer because without their help I wouldnt have received refund at all.

The tui advisor stated this is a 3rd party company and they. Have no luggage on for us so. We would have to pay and or why.

About our holiday the way we were treated by your team
And the state of the hotel, I sent photos and sent them to your team, one bothered to call back we were left with no contact for them all over new year, could not eat in hotel, complaints were just ignored
