Waste of time.

Made an appointment with their Service Dept. for a diagnostic for my Chevy van that was having an electrical issue. Girl who made the appointment said 2 hours would be $155. I was perfectly fine with paying that. Drove 30 miles and took the afternoon off. Got there and the *** Service manager (named Neal) (after acting like he did not know I had an appointment) said he would not even look at it unless I was willing to leave it a week. Which I could not do! I made an appointment for a 2 hour diagnostic and service manager refused me the service! So I took it to another Chevy dealer, who within an hour diagnosed a bad ECM, and replaced it. Very happy Sunshine Chevrolet lost $1000 in this process. Couldn't be happier with that outcome!

Sunshine Chevrolet punctured our fuel line and repaired with tape!

Took car in because of service engine light. Took two times for them to fix it. They are the only people to have ever been under the hood of our car. Yesterday we have a strong smell of fuel look under hood and find gas leaking from a line and tape wrapped around it. Sunshine service is the only way that could have happened! They are refusing to take responsibility for it or returning calls when promised. Have given excuses about no computers working, moving cars and a bunch of others but don't care that I am left stranded with no car and unable to go to work or buy food.
