Nothing has been sent and I can't seem to get a hold of anybody. Lots of numbers they want me to call.

I paid for a year's subscription (print) in April 2025. I got two issues; the second issue I just received on July 14, 2025.
On the cover, Sunset Magazine printed a message saying I need to renew before my subscription expires! My subscription just began, so I do not agree with this erroneous message. I tried contacting their customer service, but there is no phone number shown on their website; only an email. I sent an email message yesterday, and no one has bothered to reply yet.
I had to search Google to find a phone number, thinking I could speak to an agent. There's only a recording telling customers to send an email message to the same email address I sent my email to.
This company is bogus. And like others here, there is zero customer service.

You call your customer service number, it is anything BUT. Could not reach a live person, it kept advising to go on line, I wanted to follow up on my billing because you always bill way too early before the expiration date and I hate that...I almost decided not to subscribe for the lack of service but I do like what is offered in the magazine. Your customer service 'Hides" behind automated responses.

I paid for a gift subscription and for this it s year and my year subscription you cashed my check i. October

Total scam. Impossible to contact and cashed my check but never delivered any issues of the magazine.
sunset magazine cashed my check in January 2024. Six months later and I have never received an issue.
If you call the consumer service telephone number you will not get an answer or talk to a person. You will receive a message that tells you to leave a voicemail. I have left dozens of voicemails - no response.
I have emailed dozens of times -- no response. The are a fraudulent company and a total scam.

We subscribed Sunset in Germany and never received a single issue. We were constantly put off with flimsy arguments by customer service.
Again and again other things were put forward as to why we were not contacted.
I strongly advise against subscribing. Real rip-off artists!
