Sunset Cemetery Of Galloway

12/2018 me and my elderly father with dementia was in the office at sun set cemetery to bury are wife and mother of 51 years at that time the manager tried to sell us a headstone we told her that it was going to be a year before we were ready to buy and more than likely NOT going to buy it here anyway. after some more sells PUSHING I told her NO! and any possible future sells attempts I MUST be present for because of his illness he does NOT understand contracts or when payments are due or when his meds are due ECT I handle everything for him and if he would ever stop in sometime with out me here DO NOT TRY TO SELL HIM ANYTHING!! he thinks there are rail road tracks and trains running INSIDE the moon..need I say more!! well on feb 28 2018 he went out to visit my moms grave and couldn't find it due to his dementia he went into to office for help finding it and was sold a 4,016.00 headstone. hours later he returned home and I saw the cemetery map in his hand so I knew he had been in there office and knowing how sales happy the are by way of my late mothers warning as well as how pushy the manager was about it at my moms burial. so I asked him several times did u buy anything he said no we caint buy anything right now.no I didn't let them sell me anything! well approx. 30 days later I get a 4,000.00 plus dollor bill in the mail!!! your manager and her assistant done EXACTLY what we told them not too! I showed my dad the bill and he darn near fainted and keeped saying I didn't buy anything with his mind the way it is he didn't even remember and your company took FULL ADVANTAGE of his illness just to get 360.00 from him .I have tried several times to work this out with corporate office as well as sunset cemetery to no avail!! all we keep hearing is your dad signed a contract and that's final no refunds ECT. the FACT that they were PRE TOLD not to pull anything like this and his firm belief that trains run on tracks inside the moon MEANS NOTHING!!!! BBB can you please help me with these animals ive never encounterd GREED like this in my entire life...
