VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

I need to speak to someone directly about my trip to Punta Cana 9/17-9/24. I asked prior to leaving on 9/17 to purchase trip insurance - not because of the hurricane but because of health issues (heart and lung). I was told that because I didn't ask for it when I first booked that I could not purchase it. Rather than lose $2,300 for my husband and I, we went on the trip which was a nightmare for me. I have come home sick and am not going to let this go. I will pursue this issue even if it involves a lawyer. I have booked vacation with Apple on a number of occasions - as recently as October 2016 to Punta Cana. I asked to purchase this insurance weeks before the trip because of my health issues and some new heart concerns. The Apple representatives were not present for discussion and the Sunscape personnel had no idea what they were doing. All they were interested in was selling you something.
