NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE! Stay clear if this horrendous place! Doesn’t even deserve one star! LIARS who promised me the car I purchased was in top condition, and would also be checked out completely by their TOP AUDI SPECIALISTS which was all lies. I Have had nothing but problems from the day I drove away from their lot. The car vibrates so terribly, I feel like I have a nervous condition. I’m told this is how the car is. BS!!!!! There is something wrong!!!! Audi stated so, as well as two Mechanics. I have been to his specialists numerous times, requested their diagnostic report, was denied! Asked for the Technician notes, but he stated he accidentally deleted them from his computer. Michael, his salesmen made mistake after mistake from the start with the price of the car, paperwork had errors, was promised a second key when they found it, waited over a month for my registration because of errors in paperwork, and I could go on and on. What I thought was dirt on the drivers side, and which Michael stated would come off with a good washing, winds up being paint that cannot be removed (I went to a Detailer and a Body Shop) cannot be removed unless sanded and repainted which will cost $1,800.00. I have no second key, and they lied and stated they never promised me one, but I had three family members with me on the purchase day who witnessed them stating they would give me a second key. Their so called Audi Specialists tell me I do not have a CD player when I told them the CD player is not working. I HAVE A CD PLAYER, it does not work. I had no choice but to bring the car to Audi for a diagnostic and his specialists stated the diagnostic is inaccurate. How does a diagnostic lie? Joe, the owner does not pick up the phone or return calls. He avoids my calls every time I call. But, they all answered before the sale was finalized. They are liars and thieves, so save yourself the MISERY YOU WILL ENDURE, if you purchase a vehicle from them. I WILL BE STARTING A LAW SUIT AND REPORTING THEM TO EVERYONE WHO WILL TAKE MY COMPLAINT. You should crawl under a rock, Joe. A decent man never would have put me in such a terrible car and LIE as you do. How do you sleep at night? UPDATE: To add to the never ending nightmare, today my air conditioner doesn’t work and blowing hot air and this lemon of a car leaked oil all over my driveway. These are the cars they sell. They should be ashamed of themselves!
