Resolved: Don’t keep promises
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Products were replaced and then some.
I’m glad their reputation matters to them, it’s refreshing to see. Email, and wait.
I placed an order and even paid for Express shipping but when the order didnt arrive a week later, I get one reply after days claiming that they would keep their promise on their FAQ and refund or re-ship, but no such thing was done. My spectrometers have been down for days and as my company bleeds a couple thousand a day they dont care.
