I ordered a bear animatronic got a confirmation email and that was 4 days ago I haven't received anything yet confirming that they're going to mail it out I've reached out to them three times there's no answer?plus $8 for the express shipping is the worst experience I've ever had I just want my money refunded tick tock it's company that's working through you need to refund me my money.

Bunch of Scammers. I saw the advertisement in FB or TikTok and it looks legit.
I ordered 6ft tree with climbing Santa and front door wreath, but instead I got 2 6inch Christmas tree and a cheap wreath. It's not what I ordered. Then I cannot even access their website, so I cannot return it.
I paid $89.50 for this junk. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I have ordered 3 of the 6ft ferris wheels christmas trees with lights and music and the train at the bottom I did not receive it but I did receive 2 1ft christmas trees and was really looking forward to surprising my kids with ot and my mom and mother in law but it's ashame I got scammed out of a bunch of money which I could have made the 1 ft my self
