Sunny Acres Mobile Home Park - House Rental Review

We paid our july rent but the money order was stolen out of the office and cashed. The manager refuses too give us credit for it. They served us with an eviction notice this week, even though they know what happened. The only way we can get a refund on that nmoney order is if the manager signs an affidavit saying they did not receive the money, he refuses to sign it. I filed a complaint with a available local consumer repoter and ever sincethey have been harrassing us. So rather than pay septembers rent we r moving out. A lady who saw the report paid the missing money, but instead of accepting it fir julys rent he says that it just went to late fees for the july payment and they want us to pay julys rent. I hope no one else has to go throughthis
