HELP WITH SOLAR PANEL Problems
I am a Montgomery County homeowner who entered into a 25-year solar lease with Sunnova in 2018. Under the terms of the lease, I am required to pay a fixed monthly fee, and in return, I am to be compensated for any period in which the solar panels fail to produce the guaranteed level of power.
As you may know, Sunnova declared bankruptcy in early 2025 and was subsequently acquired by Sunstrong Management Lease (SEH), P.O. Box 78843, Phoenix, AZ 85062, telephone 866-779-****. My account number is 483601****14.
After significant difficulty reaching the new company, I requested the production-loss credits required under my lease. I was informed that Sunstrong purchased only Sunnovas assetsnot its liabilitiesand therefore would not honor the compensation provisions. Despite this, I continue to receive monthly bills.
Given that other customers in the region appear to be experiencing the same issue, I am asking whether your station would be interested in investigating this matter. I believe this situation raises important consumer-protection concerns for many homeowners.

Panels where not producing cost me a extra 1800 dollars
Solar panels not producing for 4 .months electric company charged me 1800 dollars panels still under warranty company refuses to reimburse
