Missing parts, poor customer service, dishonest company and poorly made item

Almost a month Ago I communicated that there were 6 out of 12 missing pieces for a gazebo I purchased. I was told to contact the company for them to resolve the issue. I called and was told to spend several pictures, etc. Items were sent, and I was promised repeatedly...

Do not deal with this company they are going under

treat employees like dirt. owner is from china and does not care for his employees. has a woman in california running the business into the ground. don't spend your money on the product since you will not get anything in the mail. told almost all the employees on a day notice that their job was done
