Bought a air awning used it twice kept leaking air rang sunncamp told me I have to buy a new bladder at the cost of £75 which i think is not right as only used twice

I requested information of where I could buy a replacement Awning Bladder. I was told I have to buy it direct from SunnCamp.
I want to do that but after I replied asking further info I got no reply. I made the called to ask & I was told that I have to await a reply to the email.
How long I ask? I need the part in 10 days time but I am not expecting to get it.

I tried to buy a replacement zip which wasn't possible but the person I spoke to was very helpful.
I rang Sunncamp and the man was very helpful although I was unable to locate the part I required. The phone number had been hard to find.

Purchased the above item in March 2020I in view of spending summer time touring with my caravan. Looking to make life easier in erecting a new porch awning. Due to COVID-19 I was unable to use awning till July when restrictions were lifted
