We booked a break throught this company. Two days before departure, we were called and told our hotel wasnt going to be ready for tourists and they wasnted to put us in another hotel that was ready. It had full services we were assured. On arrival, we noticed there was no water in the swimming pool. Upon enquiry, the pool was normally filled two weeks later when the season actually started. This rule applied to the pool bar, the pool restaurant and the entertainment and music. We have now written our third letter of complaint to Sunmaster, seeking compensation for the poor lack of facilities. In response to one, we received a check with a letter advising that they were confident this small (very small) cheque would fix everything. It was actually less than the additional costs we had incurred on our break. We are still battling but I would think twice before booking with this company as their desire to satisfy customer complaints is nil. We have been back for over 8 weeks and are still struggling to actually get a human being to talk to us.
