Sunlighten Sauna Does Not Honor Their Published Warranty
A couple of years ago I purchased a $4,000+ sauna from Sunlighten Sauna with a Lifetime Warranty on the Wood, Controls, and Heaters. Now, 2 of the 9 heating panels no longer heat up. After several attempts, Sunlighten Sauna will not honor their Warranty, and want me to pay over $1000 for the 2-replacement heaters (plus shipping and installation)!

Preferred solution: Reimbursement of $1,728.28 for 2- replacement heater panels, shipping and installation.
User's recommendation: I would not purchase anything from Sunlighten Sauna, as they do not honor their Warranty.
