Sunlighten Sauna Does Not Honor Their Published Warranty
- Lifetime warranty covers wood, controls, heaters.
- Warranty not honored; replacement for two heaters is over $1000 plus shipping and installation.
No response from Sunlighten!
A couple of years ago I purchased a $4,000+ sauna from Sunlighten Sauna with a Lifetime Warranty on the Wood, Controls, and Heaters. Now, 2 of the 9 heating panels no longer heat up. After several attempts, Sunlighten Sauna will not honor their Warranty, and want me to pay over $1000 for the 2-replacement heaters (plus shipping and installation)!
