We had solar installed. Six months later my true up started and kept getting higher each month.

I made multiple calls (3 times) and all they did was refer me to PG&E. After 2 years of no help at all from them as to why my bill was so high, I kept paying. I bought more solar panels than I needed to not have a bill. Installed Jan 2021, stopped working June 15 2021.

In Aug 2023 a salesman from another CO looked at my control panel and said my inverter was not working. This had not been working since June 2021 and I had called 3 times for help. My true up total for 2021 was $1500, for 2022 $2700. On August 2023 when problem was identified, my true up was $2700 for the year and after they fixed it my credit each month was $320, rather than owing!!!

Sunlight Solar said this is 100% my fault. I should have been monitoring my solar on an APP. This was the first time I had heard of an APP. They need to take some responsibility, as I called in multiple times to try to get help with the problem.

They never even offered to send a technician out.

I had to detect the problem and call and tell them before they even looked into it. Horrible service!
