No one can speak or understand English,given two different prices from two different people I could not understand,this is the third canopy I have ordered in two years,cheaply made.

Don't buy from them. Customer service is horrible. They don't honor their warranty. After sending you the wrong parts. They refused to send me the correct ones. They tried to act as if they didn't understand English. But when you're willing to pay for something they understand very well. Read more

I don't want to dismantle the entire gazebo, I just want to remove the canvas top for the winter. It is next to IMPOSSIBLE, the canvas has no give or stretch to it, so I cannot get the canvas tips where they fit onto the poles to now slide off of the 12 top poles.... What do you mean, you don't have any in stock until "the spring". When is the spring in Texas. *** excuse and a bit of a smart ***. Couldn't convert inches to feet for me. Quick to say you pay for postage both ways! Figures, people in China aren't sewing till "the spring"! Read more

Purchased this table from SAMs club. The slate tiles are popping off. Sams would not stand behind this product. I have called for over 3 months to the company. Was promised a ( partial) refund. Bought a gazebo over 2 months ago and I am still waiting on parts that were not in the original box. While waiting, our semi complete gazebo was thrown by a storm into our neighbors house. I asked SunJoy if they could assist me with this problem and they stated that I was making excuses. Their customer service is terrible. I have been waiting over 2 months for my replacement canopy. Website claimed 2-4 weeks delivery time and only after ordering did I find out it would be placed on back order. Customer service is no help and only gives canned responses. Worst customer care I have ever experianced. I have been on the phone half a dozen times, over the course of 2 days, to get a manual to put together a gazebo.
