Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally got thru to tem and easily resolved from there on

They sent the wrong hat...brown instead of black. Wanted to hurry an exchange, since it's a birthday present.
Tried 3 different phone numbers from online search...nothing even rang. One was a scam #, one audio response that didn'tseem to be sungrubbies, and one disconnected.
Gave up and did it via email. That was handled effectively (I hope!), as they responded and told me how to exchange quickly.
