Resolved: No phone service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally got thru to tem and easily resolved from there on

They sent the wrong hat...brown instead of black. Wanted to hurry an exchange, since it's a birthday present.
Tried 3 different phone numbers from online search...nothing even rang. One was a scam #, one audio response that didn'tseem to be sungrubbies, and one disconnected.
Gave up and did it via email. That was handled effectively (I hope!), as they responded and told me how to exchange quickly.

Problem with delivery.
There was an issue with the delivery of the hats I ordered. The folks at Sungrubbies were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.
Their product is beautiful and a great value. I will shop with them again and I highly recommend Sungrubbies!
