I placed an order in March 2018. Never heard anything from them until I received 1 item from my order in the mail in late February 2019.
Great, but my credit card was charged for my full order. I emailed their customer service and didn't hear back from them for days. When I finally did they told me to expect my other 2 items soon. Here we are April 2019 and still nothing.
I emailed them to cancel the order and request my refund.
Again, no response for days until I get an "order cancelled" email from them but no refund. I emailed them again requesting my refund and still haven't gotten a response or my refund.
Quay Eyeware - I bought 4 pr of quay sunglasses, two of the pr have cracked lens where the screws are above the nose pieces. I love the product and would like these two pr to be replaced.

I am very careful with them and don't know why they cracked maybe the screws were to tight

As soon I recieved the package and when I open it, I notice that I am missing little screw on the sunglasses that I bought. I tried to contact the number to reached to the costumer service but it wouldn't give me the right number for it

Bought HD vision special ops sunglasses and the only thing they do is give everything a yellow tint, if our guys have to depend on this product for better sight they are in trouble. Impossible to reach customer service, none of the listed emails work and the phone goes unanswered. Item # HDVISSOMO

I brought a pair of tac sunglasses in january when i went to put them on yesterday the arm broke off in my hand and all the B S they go on about how tough they are and the *** glasses do not last three months. Then when i rang this shonky company they told me to take them back to the place of purchase with your receipt because they a 12 mon5hs replacement warrenty i am accused of braking them and noy entitled to a new pair.

I ordered several items the items were not shipped to my correct address I did get one which was sunglasses I ordered them they were supposed to be yellow first thing at night they sent me Black sunglasses which I cannot use they flagged me for excessive refund when I never received my products I boughtbecause I could not help the fact that the mail person put them in the wrong mailbox somewhere else I do not wish to take anything that is not bad I just asked for a refund I want my products I did not receive I did receive a lot of stuff but not what I asked for refund for and y'all flagged me
