He has a Sungevity system installed in his home. It is under contract. I need inormation regarding the contract, maintenance, etc. as soon as possible. I get zero response from your company. The phone numbers on line are incorrect. The Buyer could cancel over this. The address. is: 9463 E. Old Wrangler Trail, Scottsdale, AZ 85262, Job # 2015****. Client # 164****... I think these are your numbers. Anyway, I need a copy o the contract and what is going on for the new Buyer...HELP!...Matthew Powers is the owner, installation was in 2015

I purchased solar panels from Sungevity on 9/5/16. My panels have not been producing energy since December 2021.

I have tried contacting several times, and continue to be diverted to Sunrun Solar or pineapple for contract issues. However, Pineapple energy and Sunrun Solar states that they did not assume responsibility of our contract as some of the other Sungevity clients did. I do not know who is responsible for servicing contract issues. I have been given the runaround and have an extremely high electric bill due to the panels performance.

I need my panels serviced and have been continuously given inaccurate information. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Preferred solution: Fix my solar panels and refund in the amount of the increased electric bill (currently in the thousands)

My solar system quit working after three years and I have no one to contact. The number on their website is not in service.

That company went under in 2020. The assets were purchased ultimately by Pineapple Energy who operates in California and Hawaii.
