This is the single worst company I have ever worked with. Believe every negative review you see.
I made the foolish mistake of ignoring them. After working with them, I am going to guess that the positive reviews are likely fake. The sales person reassured me they would take care of me and said all the nice things to close the deal. When the movers showed up, they tried to charge me extra saying I have more items.
They based this off of a 10 second look, despite having done a thorough inventory prior with corporate. We had to argue with them and corporate on the phone for an hour to settle on the originally agreed upon price. Then, my belongings took about a month and a half to arrive at my new home. I had to live a month and a half without my bed and everything else I own.
I called corporate time and time again and they were both unhelpful and rude. They couldn't tell me when my items would ever show up. I kept getting batted around. When they finally showed up, several items were missing AND they tried to give me several items that WERE NOT MINE.
They insisted they WERE my items and they had not made a mistake. I was like??? Yeah I am pretty sure I know what is mine. The single worst experience I have had with a company, and it make the ordeal of moving cross country much much much more stressful.
STAY AWAY!
There is a reason they aren't listed on Google for people to leave reviews there! They will also try and tell you that the Better Business Bureau is a scam and illegitimate organization, and that you shouldn't believe any bad reviews.SATASfssYST

Scammed
Scammed out of my deposit. I cancelled per THEIR CONTRACT TERMS and signed an agreement for my refund in May of 2022 and now its February 2023 and still no refund and their phone numbers no longer work.
They simply lie and will scam you. STEER CLEAR

I was contacted yesterday by another moving company that informed me that Sunflower Transit went out of business 2 weeks ago and that their DOT License had been pulled. I gave Sunflower $1,353 in May as a deposit.
When you try to call the company, no matter what option you choose, the voice-mail is full. I had to come up with another $1,300 that I hadn't planned on to hire another company.

My complaint is I had my furniture picked up on the 30th and September and I still have not received it I keep calling and calling and nobody bothers to call me back or answering the phone which I think is very ridiculous that you can't get a hold of anybody at the place you actually had them pick up your furniture it's already been 2 weeks and I still not received it and it's it's a bad company to go through because you can't you can't get your furniture for 30 days

They stole my money . I gave them a deposit in august . They were supposed to come October 15th and 16th to move all my belongings. Then deliver all my stuff to Texas by November 4th 2022.
We gave them a deposit and they never showed up. We signed a contract on august 15th and wanted service for October 15th & 16th.
They never showed up. I tried to confirm the day before but no one answers . Then all weekend long we tried calling but the voicemail is full . Then today I was able to leave a message telling them that I am going to the police and still nobody has answered my calls.
This is a big scam.
Please if your reading this DO NOT book anything with this company and dont give them a dime. They are *** !!!

Devastating Cross Country Move
Beware! My friend was given an estimate for a cross country move by Sunflower Transit.
She provided them an itemized list of belongings and per her contract a semi trailer would be used. The subcontracted moving company - Home Run Moving arrived, with one truck for a 3500 sq. Foot home. Sunflower could not be reached on moving day.
The following day Clare, the customer service coordinator offered no help.
My dear friend had her moving costs doubled - to 40k. Yes that's right, 40k.
Her belongings will arrive in three separate trucks and she has to give the movers more money upon arrival. Please avoid this from happening to you!
