Sundek of Illinois

In April, 2015 we had our garage floor replaced by Sundek. In June of 2016 we noticed a small patch of flooring that was cracked and loose. We have called Sundek, owner, Jake Olson and left numerous messages. We were told that he would get back to us, never has. After many calls, and no call back, I was told that Jake was out of the office and would return on Tuesday, July 5th. Still we have not heard from him. The office staff,that we speak to are very nice and seem to understand our problem, but Jake does not. They even offered to have someone else get in contact with us, but no one has. I am assuming that our messages get to Jake Olson, only to be ignored. This is very unfortunate since we like the flooring, but his business practices, lack of concern, for previous customers leave us unable to recommend his company to others.
