My daughter went through the drive through and was given this. Was the fudge machine out of order? They could’ve let us know.

Ordered a Mcds hot fudge sunday at Ryan rd. Oak Creek and the manager Jess filled it an inch below the line.
Looked flat! She bluntly refused acted like an *** to add ice cream. She shouldn't be a manager much less an employee. I got my money back.
Don't want their ***. I've been to several mcdonalds in the city and i've never seen it that pathetic before. Although i only order a few items at mcds cause most is overpriced!, at least i could've got a much better sunday. Next time i'm going to Wendys for a frosty!
Also some time ago when i ordered one from same location, the package of nuts had little bugs in it! Also whats up with the child size ice cream cones!
Where are the adult size cones!!? Prefer Wendys.

Sept. 3rd was my 60th birthday.
I had allm y kids and grandchildren over. We ordered 15 meals- $91.00 worth of food. When i picked it up I asked the girl behind the counter if i should check the order, she assured my that the manager checks all outgoing orders. When i got home one of my grandchildren's meals was missing, a sundae was missing from a meal and mandarin oranges was missing from another meal.
Had to leave my family and go back and get the missing items. When i got home for the 2nd time, there was hair in my sons large sundae which we paid extra for and my other son almost broke a tooth with some kind of red plastic ball in his sundae.
What a messed up birthday dinner. Never again!!!
