You're always putting a hold on my paychecks

Put it in a company check and every time I go try to use money my card gets declined because you put a freeze on my account

Counterfeit bills.

I received three counterfeit 20's from the W. Hillsborough Branch. I reported it the next day. The young lady took my report and said it would be 14 days before I would hear anything. She also stated that I may be asked to show proof. I got a letter of proof from the establishment. No one has contacted me about any of this and it has been longer than the length of time I was told it would take.

The service was *** because I never talked to anyone and then it said my waist time was one minutes I waited for five and still didn't get to speak with anyone and my card is still locked And I'm still got no call back yet3 hrs ago I would hope as to the bank would at least call me back to fix my pin number

User's recommendation: Don't let your card get locked after 600 oclock.

Why is it so difficult to reopen an account after it has been locked down for a security problem?

My wife is 80 and I am 86 and we are in a nursing home. On August 25 we had a security problem with our checking account and the account was locked. We have contacted Suncoast numerous times times to reopen it. And as of today it is still locked. We have several automatic payments set up in our checking account and are unable to pay them because we can not access our checking account. Currently we have been provided with several forms which neither my wife nor I understand. We have been members of Suncoast for over 30years and we need help to open our account as soon as possible. So please help us to reopen it quickly.
