Not good for small kids or grandparents.
- - Check-in after 6 pm, not 4 pm.
- - Only 1 pack n play; no high chairs or sheets; house was clean.
- - Icy walkway with berm blocked garage; pool was cold.
We stayed 4 days at a house in the development. The house was clean and nice.
The contract said we could enter at 4 pm but it was after 6 that the house was available. Only one pack n play instead of 2 were there. We had to chase them down for a second one. We requested in advance for 2 high chairs.
Not only were they not there but we were told that in fact there are no high chairs available at all for anyone. There were no sheets for the pack n plays. The walk way from the driveway to the house was a sheet of ice with snow packed into it. It was very wet and slippery and uneven.
A berm of ice pack and snow prevented us from crossing from the driveway into the garage. I did call to have that removed but in 4 days no one showed up. I asked for a pick axe and shovel to do it myself but nothing materialized.
. Im not sure what the draw to this place is.
Skiers would do better at a place where you can stay in the slopes and ski to the lift.
The pool was too cold for little ones.
Owens meat market in Cle Elum is a nice place to buy meat. Its a very old market and worth visiting.
It was too dangerous for me to leave the house so I stayed indoors for 4 days and was happy to cross the ice patch to finally leave.
