I applied online with sunburst auto for a car. A few days later I was called by Mary and was told I qualified for the car I wanted. I came down to the dealership and have them a $1000 down payment and signed all the legal documents to buy the car and they gave me the car to drive home. About 5 days later Mary called me and said I needed a cosigner and so I brought my mom in to co sign and they claimed she didn't have good enough credit. They in turn wanted to charge me 25% interest for inhouse financing. I we told 5 days previous that I qualified on my own then they say "nope sorry". They came and took the car back and I have now hired an attorney to sue them for breach of contract!

Sunburst auto sales jerked me around

I wanted to buy a suv from them and i got approved for one. Then they tell me there is a down payment and i tell them i dont have one.and they said that they could do it with out one. i ask them if they could get the keyless entry and they say no. is said ok ill take it to my guy to look at it i set it up and 1hr later they say that it is at there shop so i tell them no and they offer me much more so that tells me that they were playing with me i cant do this and they cant do that but when i say i dont want it they tell me that they can do it and they will do more dont *** me around
